I had my first Yoga class over 15 years ago. From then on my love of Yoga has grown as has the strength and flexibility it has given me.
Yoga has helped me find patience, presence, acceptance, peace and a huge appreciation of my breath and its ability to calm my fiery emotions and settle my often demanding mind. Something that started as a way to improve my flexibility unexpectedly blossomed into something so much more rewarding.
My other love in life is performing and I am a professional Musical Theatre actress who has danced since the age of 4. Building upon my experience in dance, I have now gone on to complete my Ballet Barre teaching certificate.
This love of music and dance is evident in my style of teaching and my classes are filled with energy, expression and the fluidity and grace of the body, with music often playing a large role.
