Here at Love Life Love Yoga, we offer a therapeutic style of yoga that is suitable for all bodies. Claire’s classes incorporate flowing movements and postures, with breath awareness, visualisations, mudras, sound, deep relaxation, meditation and affirmations. All classes have an emphasis on creating space “to be” through breath awareness and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to nourish mind, body, and soul.
