Yoga has been a major part of my life for over 15 years. I have a deep respect and passion for various styles of yoga and bring this into my practice and teaching. I have practised Scaravelli, Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga which enables me to have a versatile teaching style, adapting the pace of my classes to the needs and ability of the students. I have experience teaching a more relaxed style as well as dynamic power yoga. I believe I offer a down to earth, passionate approach with a touch of humour to every class.
