I’m Clara and I’m a yoga instructor intent on teaching yoga in a therapeutic way, by slowly bringing together the body and the mind.
I teach yoga classes for Women and my classes are slow Vinyasa with yin, where the poses are held for longer and there is optional meditation at the end. You will be amazed to notice what a single yoga class can do: from helping relieve physical sensations and increasing inner harmony to better breathing and improving overall wellbeing! I am also certified in yoga for pregnancy and postnatal yoga and can help mums-to-be throughout their pregnancy.
I offer mindful classes that are a fluid mix between yoga, chi gong, and anatomy so my students get the most out of each class. I will guide you through the poses so that your form is correct and you practice yoga safely and become more in tune with your body.
