My spiritual name is Amanjot Kaur. I am so grateful for the opportunity to teach Kundalini Yoga. I have a strong, daily, personal practice of Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan. I love to teach and share this technology with students of all ages and walks of life. My husband, Amanjot Singh, and I often co-teach classes an workshops.
We make use of symphonic gongs during shavasana in each and every yoga class - relaxation is as important as the yoga and meditation!
