From a general and psychiatric nursing background, I became interested in yoga as part of a healing journey for my own chronic back injury of over 20 years. Adopting a daily practice, I became qualified in Hatha yoga teaching. I continued my interest with accupuncture and CPD in Yoga for healthy lower backs, Vinyasa flow, Kundalini, Acroyoga, Restorative, Iyengar, Laughter yoga, Thai Yoga massage and Nia.
I teach 121 and group yoga from my home yoga studio, as well as 4 other larger venues. All abilities, ages & stages of students are welcome
