I am a certified nurse midwife who has taught prenatal yoga for 15 years. I have also taught general yoga classes for 15 years. My introduction to yoga was with Kripalu yoga, followed by 12 years of Iyengar yoga. I focus on safe practice that gives students space to explore yoga practices and discover relationships in their body, breath, and mind. I strive to help students feel more joy in their yoga and in their lives.
