My name is Claudia and I'm a yoga teacher (and student) living in the Sunshine Coast with my husband John and one year old son Eddie. I have been teaching yoga since 2012 after studying Purna Yoga at The Byron Bay Yoga Centre. I loved my Bliss Baby Prenatal yoga training and since have become a Pregnancy yoga teacher in Noosa. I travelled around India in 2015 to practice yoga and deepen my knowledge and understanding of the asana, pranayama and meditation. With a degree in Psychology, I love supporting others to nourish themselves and embody their innate strength and body wisdom.
My classes are for every body…connecting movement with breath and offering variations. I teach a slow flow and classes centre around creating space within the body and finding some stillness within the mind. I like to guide students through breath work and meditation that can be used off the yoga mat, incorporating them into everyday life to support us in the stressful and busy lives we live.
