Spanish and English Yoga Classes*
I was introduced to yoga in 2008, and immediately fell in love with the practice, its insights and delights. By practicing and studying consistently Hatha Yoga Vidya, Asthanga Yoga and Energy Awareness, I have been integrating yoga as a way of living and started to teach in 2014.
Focused on the integration of breath and movement, balance of the being, meditation and relaxation; the classes are all-levels and suitable for anyone, even absolute beginners who are ready for yoga.
My goal is not to direct, but to guide and allows the students to discover their own rhythms by nurturing their ability to listen and look inward.
