I'm dedicated to the wonderful teachings of my teacher BKS Iyengar and his senior students my dear mentors Clé Souren, Lois Steinberg, Manouso Manos and Patricia Walden.

I have been practising this method for more than 20 years.

The ability to reflect and sustain focused attention while practising yoga asana and pranayama is my main focus. This allows the mind to become transparent, quiet and sharp.
