I am a certified 200 hr RYT yoga teacher with training in many styles of yoga. I have been practicing yoga for many years and believe in the life changing way it can effect your mind, body and spirit. I like introducing people to Yin Yoga, which is a way to hold a stretch to get into the connective tissue that holds your muscles to your bones. It is nourishing and relaxing and challenging.
