At Javaa Yoga we teach Classical Hatha Yoga tailored to suit every body.
We combine breathing practices, postures, relaxation and other yogic techniques to encourage greater self-awareness, health and vitality. Students are encouraged to connect with that deep sense of peace within.
We offer group classes and private sessions, an Introduction to Yoga course each term, teen yoga and chair yoga classes.
Collette has a background in nursing and psychology and teaches in an Aged Care facility.
Our three teachers, Collette, Regan and Kathe are fully qualified Yoga Teachers.
