My goal in teaching yoga is that you will be able to move through your life breathing more easily, moving more comfortably in your body and able to be your most excellent self.
My students come to my classes, both private and public, wanting to move, have fun and escape from their day-to-day. As they focus inwards on the physical body they are able to help relieve tension, which positively effects their work day and many other aspects of their life. I've had students say that they are able to walk better due to my yoga sessions and stay more calm at meetings. They are able to lift weights with more easy (and at heavier levels) due to a more expanded range of motion and achieve new yoga poses they were previously not able to. Yoga works to help you feel better in your life (whatever that may mean for you) and I'm happy to help provide that!
