Courtney's yoga classes are designed to ignite your best life through meditation, pranayama, mindful movement whilst exploring several types of yoga including Yin, Kundalini, Hatha, and more to enhance your performance on and off the mat. Courtney is a certified RYT-200 hour yoga instructor through the 5 star rated Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, North Carolina, where she studied with Stephanie Keach, Sierra Hollister (Contributor to Yoga International) and many more who helped shaped yoga on the East Coast, and a 5-year practitioner.
"I am a student first, teacher second. Anyone can practice yoga. You do not have to flexible and strong to practice (or to begin!). Strength and flexibility are simply the added benefits that happen over time with practice! If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. The asanas (postures) are simply ONE of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Anyone of all body types and levels are all welcome. Your journey begins with YOU. I am honored to serve as a guide for you on your mat, however, you are your own best teacher and deserve that space.
