I have been practicing yoga for the past 7 years and am now a 300 hour trained teacher (200 hour Hatha Yoga and 100 hour Yin Yoga). I’ve been exploring many styles and aspects of Yoga through personal practice, yoga retreats, workshops and self-study. Besides my connection with Yoga, I am passionated about Thai Yoga Massage and Assisted Yin Yoga as I believe touch to be a healing tool. As a teacher, I aim to demonstrate that Yoga goes beyond physical exercise; it is a pathway for balancing body and mind and have a joyful and serene life.
