Teaching from my own experience and needs, the style is gentle but deep. Using asanas, pranayama, simple meditation, anatomy and acknowledging your present life-style, - how you are NOW - you are invited to get to know your body better and listen to what it is telling you. This gives access to a profound inner wisdom to inform your life on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally, and in your relationship to your surroundings and others.
All classes include an element of Yoga Nidra, but I also hold designated Yoga Nidra classes. This is the 'meditative heart of Yoga' (Richard Miller) and facilitates all the other aspects of Yoga.
Small classes mean plenty of individual attention.
One-to one classes are the best for a totally personalised approach.
Also on offer are small group personal classes - so the group is one you create - friends, family, work colleagues, etc.
