Yoga has become a major part of my life. It immediately grabbed my attention for its physicality and ability to calm me.
My teaching style brings focus on alignment and meaningful messages. I designs physically challenging classes that allow you to sweat, de-stress and have fun. I find honour in sharing the benefits of yoga with others.
Most recently, I has started a new journey with partner acrobatics which inspires me to build strength, gain trust and laugh a lot.
Off of the mat, my career has taken her on many paths, from working within a prison to working with at-risk youth in Toronto. However, with each journey I have taken, yoga has always been a part of it.
