I am trained in Kripalu Yoga, a tradition of yoga highlighting the meditative aspect of yoga.
Specifically, I offer Restorative & Gentle yoga, forms of yoga that promote healing. Coupled with meditation. Additionally, I offer meditation instruction on its own.
With my meditation and yoga training, coupled with my background in mental health, I am sensitive to the special needs clients may be dealing with. I offer a beautiful & intimate space to meet either individually or with small is an ongoing Monday night group class 7-8:30pm (RSVP required to attend).I also offer hosting of small gatherings & events ( girl's night out, couple's yoga, company wellness, etc.).
