A practitioner of Astanga, Hatha and Kriya Yoga, I Bring many different styles to my practice. I completed my 200 hour RYT with Doug Swenson in Lake Tahoe 2011. Completed my 500 hour teacher training with Doig Swenson in 2015. Finding a path within yourself and the true essence of your being to come to your highest potential. Some students have said my classes are Zen-like and very eclectic in styles of teaching bringing it all to one class.

I began yoga and meditation classes in the 70's but was called to do other things. In 2011 Studying at a Spiritual center for several months and following a variety of teachers including Charu Rachlis, Gary Krafskow, Sally Kempton, Scott Namamura, Dharma Mittra, Ellen Grace O'Brien & Krishna Das; only to mention a few. I have an extensive medical background together with physical and massage therapy experience. I continue ongoing education on a regular basis and incorporate this into my practice.

I love yoga with Cyndi

I have a couple physical limitations and wasn't even sure I'd be able to do much yoga. But Cyndi didn't bat an eye, just made a few modifications for me and made me feel very comfortable. I can't wait for my next class!

Relaxing Class

I have taken three Saturday morning restorative classes with Cyndi. I have enjoyed the class because its not boring, but it is very relaxing/holistic. I love that there is a bit of massage at the end of every class for total relaxation. Also great mellow environment with calming music and laid-back teacher.

My Favorite Yoga Teacher!

Though I'm relatively new to yoga, I have attended several classes. I've never been so impressed, as I have been in Cyndi's classes. She is so patient and helpful even when I loose my balance. She has given me the desire and motivation to keep striving to get a little closer to her level.

I can't wait to take another class with her.

How to relax your body and mind

I have attended many classes taught by Cyndi and all of them are very relaxing and seem to end too soon, even though the class is an hour and a half long. I like how she adjusts you and then you can feel what you are supposed to be working.on and know you are doing it right. I always look forward to attending her classes, and I definitely recommend you try it out..

Amazing yoga teacher!

I've attended several of Cyndi's classes and she is a wonderful instructor. She is very hands on throughout the class and when you are cooling down she almost gives you an out of body experience. Truly wonderful!
