Cynthia’s deep passion for yoga infuses every aspect of her life. Her teachings are full of joy, compassion, and an authentic desire to help students connect to their own limitless potential.

Cynthia first began her journey with yoga as a teenager in her home country, Canada. Her practice became her constant as she left Canada to travel the world in 2007, first living in the jungles of Belize where she worked as a primate researcher, then establishing herself on a tiny Thai island where she co-founded Ocean Sound Dive & Yoga. Over the past decade, Cynthia has led innumerable yoga sessions to countless yogis, both at her own studio and around the globe, where she has led workshops, retreats, and served as faculty on yoga teacher trainings. While Cynthia is grateful to have studied with numerous yoga greats, she considers her greatest teachers to be the animals that have always inspired her to live fully in the moment, completely authentically, and wildly free.

Cynthia has recently started a new chapter in her own story, leaving Thailand and establishing a new home in Scotland. She is honoured to continue to share the practice and knows now more than ever that the central tenant of yoga is absolutely true: we are all connected, and we are all ONE.
