My experience and philosophy:
I currently teach at Samatone Yoga in Addison and The Four Seasons Athletic Club in Las Colinas as well as private clients.
Teaching for over eight years as well as practing everyday, has helped me to develop a teaching style that is safe, fun, and works to increase body strength, flexibility and a body mind soul connection that yoga is known for.
My private clients experience a practice that fuses both Chinese Taoist and Qi Gong movements as well as traditional Indian Asanas. With this practice I focus on opening the joints and then moving into more powerful movements. Leaving the client feeling open, flexible, balanced and well practiced, bones to skin and heart to mind. They have a stronger foundation so they can move with fluidity in sports such as golf, cycling, and running.
I believe our bodies are meant to move and we can do that no matter what shape or size we are!
