Functional anatomy and Yin Yoga teacher certified by Paul Grilley (over 900h of TTC). Dace started teaching weekly classes in 2012, workshops in 2014 and, as a guest teacher, anatomy module for Ashtanga yoga 200h TT from 2016 onwards. Both in 2019 and 2020, she was honoured to lead a group of students through 100h functional anatomy and Yin yoga TT.

Dace (RYT 500) started to practice yoga in early 2005 as part of upgrading the quality of life after moving from Latvia to Brussels. For a few years, she enjoyed the flow and effort of Ashtanga practice, then was led to appreciate other yoga styles such as Iyengar, Anusara and Somatic yoga.

A major turning point in her practice was Yin yoga and anatomy teacher training with Paul and Suzee Grilleys in 2010. It opened wide new doors to asana exploration and reconnection with one’s body. Since then, Dace has completed several other Yin yoga teacher training courses with the Grilleys, Bernie Clark, Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellier and Joe Barnett, as well as several workshops with Sarah Powers, Donna Farhi, Amy Mathews, Max Strom and yet many others.

Since 2017, her life has been enriched by a wide variety of personal development and healing techniques including Reiki, crystal energy, esoteric meditation, awareness of the effects of trauma, energy training for empaths, systemic constellations, and conscious leadership.
Since 2020, she has taken several trainings about coaching and (prosperity) mindset.
Currently, Dace is working towards her certification as a transformational coach for smart, conscious, gifted women who would like to actualize their soul's potential.

While she loves to share her enthusiasm for anatomy in workshops, Dace’s deeper passion is to empower yogis reconnect with the inner truth of their body and soul.
