I started practicing yoga about 20 years ago, to explore the movements and to see what depth of awareness it could bring to my understanding of physical life. I was fascinated by the intricacies of both subtle and evident positions, placements and dynamics of the body, how it related to breath and where it took the mind. This has led me on a path of strengthening, releasing, healing, growth and deeper understanding of both my inner world and of my external surroundings.

For me, the greatness, in the practice, is in the word yoga. When things comes together and make one thing…a spark. This spark keeps me constantly seeking, constantly knowing it is forever worth every effort; to find that balance, which allows me confidently move, ardently play and consciously live.

My practice has many influences, which I have blended into an experience, that I truly enjoy sharing. These include Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Pranayama, Meditation, Yin/Restorative styles of yoga. Living an active lifestyle, yoga is absolutely key in maintaining my ability to create the life I desire, to appreciate others and reflect my own existence…to the best of my ability.
