Dagmar has been practising Yoga since 1993 in Germany, Austria, Bali and Australia.
She is certified as Hatha Yoga teacher 850 hours and kept studying intensively with internationally recognised Yogini Kalij, in TriYoga. She is qualified in Basics, Level 1, 2 and 3.
She intensified her Anatomy and Physiology in a 3-month full-time study with Simone Borg-Oliver and studied one year Integrative Yoga Therapy with Joseph Le Page, a Yoga teacher in the Kripalu Tradition.
Dagmar received her Advanced Diploma of Ayurvedic Medicine in 2015 and is now Naturopath specialising in Ayurveda & Yogatherapy.
Dagmar and and the well know German Yogateacher Ulrike Grunert were co-owners of a successful Yoga School in Nördlingen, Germany
Dagmar places high emphasis on synchronised breath, movements and mudras, enabling clients to get in touch with their inner-self and remove the illusory veil that stands between them and the animating force of live.
