Yoga has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in the house of my Guru… Who also happens to be my mum and she has been directing me in the ways of yoga since I was a child. I feel very fortunate to have grown up in accordance with the ancient traditions of the Gurukula system, and even more grateful to share such a special bond with her. I have been greatly influenced by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, Krishnamacharya, Bernie Clark & Paul Grilley and draw inspiration from the practices of Sivananda, Vinyasa, Hot Dynamic Yoga and Yin to create a class that is both challenging and connected.

I believe that yoga is for everyone and that the teachings of this ancient wisdom tradition should be made accessible to everyone, regardless of a person’s size, shape, ability, age or any other perceived obstacle. It’s my wish to deliver these teachings with full respect and honour to the tradition of yoga whilst remaining playful and honest. I hope to encourage my students to trust in their own intuition and become their own best teachers by emphasising the importance of finding freedom in the practice and an ability to explore their own anatomical uniqueness. It is my passion to deliver classes that prompt you to investigate with curiosity and compassion the physical, psychological, emotional & spiritual edges of the self. We need to be brave enough to navigate the unchartered territories of ourselves, whilst knowing it’s worth the journey — because that’s where the real magic lives.

I think the work we do on the mat prepares us for the work we do out in the world… It helps us let go of that which does not serve us in a beneficial way and enables us to move through our lives in a more mindful manner. Together, we will break free from the habits and patterns of behaviour that make us feel unworthy and disconnected and realise the miracle of our own existence.

PS: My playlists will have you dancing the whole way home!

Amazing teacher and a beautiful soul :-)

Daisy is an amazing teacher who has been brought up in yoga traditions since a very early age - and this absolutely radiates through in her classes and whole being. She has a huge wealth of knowledge on both the spiritual and physiological aspects of the yoga teachings which makes her classes super holistic, guiding you to go where your own instinct and anatomy take you, informing your focus and practice with insightful learnings, both on and off the mat . Her classes are joyful, compassionate, super informative and just great fun... So happy to be part of her Siem Reap tribe!

A wonderful teacher

Daisy is everything I ever wanted from a yoga teacher. Well informed, inspiring, friendly and motivating! I am new to yoga, and Daisy knows when to push me to strive for that extra depth or when to let me know to listen to my body. She is truly wonderful and I am so glad that I get to be a part of this tribe she is creating! 10/10!

Empowering, simply the best!

Daisy's yoga classes are like no other. She goes above and beyond in her teachings.
Daisy's wealth of knowledge on anatomy, skeletal variation, physiology,  the wisdom of the ancient scriptures and traditions, her spiritual wisdom,  compassion, passion, experience and humour all rolls into a magical class.
The classes are not just about the physical  asanas. Daisy's classes go deeper,  exploring so many aspects of being. Guiding us to explore within and inspiring to take the teachings from the mat out into our daily lives.
I highly recommend Daisy... for a lively, fun, inspiring, totally amazing yoga class! She's simply the best!

I think I may have been Daisy's first student

At the beginning of my yoga journey I was a regular student of my Guruji who happens to be Daisy's mum Clare. Clare had to go away for her charity work and being an addict I panicked about not getting my yoga classes. Daisy stepped in and taught me 121's in Clare's absence. Even at 17 her yoga knowledge was vast and her enthusiasm for yoga was boundless.

Since then Daisy has gone on to study hard and learn her craft. Unfortunately due to us being in different parts of the world I have not been able to practice with Daisy in the last few years but I know she is a great teacher, a true and diligent student of yoga and the wisdom traditions and that any student of Daisy's will be in safe and capable hands.
Its also great for me to see her interest now in Yin Yoga and the work of Paul Grilley, I remember how difficult she found this initially when I introduced her to Yin Yoga... This shows her openness and willingness to grow as a yoga teacher where the learning never ends!.
Good luck Daisy

I was very new to yoga when I first met Daisy and had some 121s with her. She was so patient in explaining the postures and helping me develop my practice. Fast forward almost 5 years and Daisy has excelled herself and watching her teach is phenomenal. This beautiful young women is full of knowledge, love, enthusiasm and will push you - not only in your physical practice but to look within. She has had yoga in her life since a young age, and it radiates from her. Daisy will always be a very special teacher to me and I’m truly blessed to have been in many classes and workshops with her.

Friendly and technically skilled

I have attended classes and one to ones with Daisy for over 4 years. She is particularly skilled at identifying those little changes to your pose that transforms your practise. She communicates well and is very welcoming and friendly.
I would recommend Daisy without hesitation.
