Description
Imagine… your eyes open effortlessly to the tune of the frolicking blue ridge mountain stream. You climb out of your abode in the neighborhood, inhale the mist and the distant aroma of incense. You stretch, wander over the bridge to the dawn sound workshop or go sit in the meditation meadow for a few moments. When you hear the gong, wander to your first yoga class of the day, Speak Easy, the Tea Shanti or Red Rooster Coffee and a gigantic sourdough orange pecan cinnamon roll. Visit the Healing Oasis for some fabulous body work and end the night with a gong meditation.

During the day choose from workshops/kayaking/yoga/meditation/art/ guided nature walks or stillness under the shade of the trees along the creek. The evenings are filled with dancing music/ stage bands/chanting and the sweet sound of natures night music.

Welcome to the newest yoga festival on the East Coast! The Floyd YOga Jam is the new, locally homegrown, grassroots, organic, carbon conscious event in it's tenth year, 2021!!!!
