Dan found yoga his freshmen year of college. What he thought was going to be an easy stretching class to supplement his long distance running turned into a love of the practice. After taking four years of Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Bikram yoga, he decided to take his 200 hour teacher training in Virginia Beach, with Ann Richardson and Beryl Bender Birch.
Dan likes to blend all of his yogic experiences into an athletic, fun practice to help his students concentrate on staying present.
