I teach a creative, individualistic style of Hatha yoga: sometimes slow, static poses, often flowing movements and sequences. The focus can vary from being about improving health and fitness, to developing improved focus and calm. Elements of mindfulness are brought into each class, and there is an emphasis on connecting the breath to movement in order to boost energy and promote a feeling of peace, but i do not include chanting in my classes.
