Om Namah Shivaya!!!! I started practicing yoga 12 years ago to combat chronic backpain and the stress that goes with it. I stayed at a Sivananda ashram where I attained my teachers training in 2006. I have been living their yogic lifestyle for almost ten years now pain free with over 20,000 hours of teaching and practicing experience. Following this ancient tradition and discipline of well are taught in the true essence of hatha yoga from India. Classes include proper breathe(pranayama), proper exercise(postures), proper thinking(meditation) and proper relaxation. All classes are taught from these basic principles and asana(posture) sequence brought to North American by Swami Vishnu Devananda.
