Danielle is the creator and co-owner of Body Solace Studio.
Growing up, Danielle struggled with anorexia, and because of that, she brings an offering of body positivity and self-compassion to her teaching. She also suffered a traumatic accident in 2014, resulting in a broken pelvis, and credits yoga to have been a very large part of her recovery. Danielle brings her unique understanding of mental and physical recovery, rehabilitation, and resilience to each of her classes. Danielle will challenge you to push your boundaries while being mindful of what your body and mind need at each moment.
