Danielle Deanda, RYT 500, is a student of master yogi Baba Hari Dass. She is a visionary behind the “teach to learn” method fusing the best of anatomy with the classical practice of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. Danielle’s classes are continuing to evolve to reflect her creativity and passion for using yoga as a byway to greater longevity for the body, mind, and spirit. Her classes are guided by her love for anatomy and biomechanics of functional movement. You’ll be invited to experience a personal connection of your breath with innovated sequencing to strengthen your muscles, develop your balance skills and stretch it all out while purifying your lymph and cleansing your mind. With an extra focus on the individual needs of her students, her classes change in intensity in accordance to the student’s experience.
