Having studied dance throughout my youth, I took my first yoga class in 1995 and became hooked. My knowledge of form and posture gained through dance enhanced the awakening of my body and the flow of movement in yoga.
I have practised various yoga styles, (Astanga, Iyengar, Bikram, Jivamukti, Vinyasa Flow). I completed a foundation Astanga course in 2000; and r qualified as a 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher at the beginning of 2014.
Yoga practice is a journey which unfolds through time and may become a way of life. For me classes leave me feeling energised focused and give strength to my mind, body and soul. I hope you will find my classes and music uplifting, refreshing and you will leave feeling Yoga-fit.
