My name is Danielle. I am a yoga teacher, and I am here to teach, motivate and assist you in your journey of yoga. I am passionate about yoga and love to share it with others. My mission is to help you to experience the magnificence of yoga. Yoga has been a part of my life for the last 20 years and has helped me become stronger, calmer and a more mindful person. I have experienced the benefits of yoga in many different ways. I have found that yoga is the only thing that can alleviate my shoulder pain caused by an injury several years ago. Through dedicated practice, my shoulders become more and more mobile. I have gained a deeper understanding of how my body works. I will always be a student of yoga, and I constantly seek to develop myself both in terms of teaching as well as my own practice to ensure that students benefit maximum from my classes. I am a certified 200-hour yoga teacher registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals and fully insured. I have a background as a sixth form teacher, and I am generally passionate about teaching, which shows in all my classes.
