Hi! I'm a relatively new yoga teacher excited about sharing the benefits of yoga. I prefer doing private lessons, where classes can be tailored to the individual needs of the client. I utilize multiple aspects of yoga, including pranayama (breathing) and meditation in addition to traditional asana (yoga poses) for maximum benefits. My special areas of interest are anxiety, depression and trauma recovery, for which yoga can be very beneficial.
