Introduced to Yoga & Reiki in 1999, I began my Yoga journey under the Tutelage of Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC (working at his studio on 3rd Ave & in his upstate Ashram). I started my Reiki 1 level in 2000 & became a Reiki Master in 2001 under Reiki Master Teacher Alison Stone,through the Usui Shiko Ryoho lineage.

In 2002, I qualified as a 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance from Atmandanda Yoga studio, Soho. I am deeply grateful to all my teachers Dharma, John Tamayo, Beth Biegler & Paula Tursi for starting me on my teaching & learning journey. While living in New York I was fortunate to participated in workshops with Shiva Rae, Baron Baptist, Cyndi Lee, Sharon Gannon, Rodney Yee & Tias Little. They were wonderful years where I built a solid foundation in my practice. I taught in various locations around New York including Atmananda & offered Reiki treatments from a holistic center in Soho.

Moving from New York to Cork in 2004, I continued teaching while managing my growing family and opened my own studio The Yoga Stop. In 2009 I received a diploma in teaching yoga to Kids from the Devon Natural Healthcare College, under Louise Goldberg, of

Since moving to Dublin in 2009, I’ve been teaching classes in various studios, Gyms & offices around south Dublin, as well as teaching private one on one Yoga 01-YA-TEACHER-RYT-500

2012 – 2013 saw me completed 300hrs additional training at The yoga room and in May 2013 I received my 500hr RYT certification. I loved every seconded of the training even the tougher times. I learned so much from all the great teachers on faculty but am deeply grateful to Ciara Cronin, Jodie Rufty, Veronica Larsson, Lisa Peterson, Michael McCann and James Higgins. Each teacher so inspiring and so dedicated to the practice they inspired and deeply lit my fire of passion for Yoga.

I’m enjoying each movement and breath that’s associated with Yoga & love that I’ve still so much to learn. With my breath I’m discovering the immeasurable power of this wonderful magic Yoga!

Reiki has kept me sane, calm & grounded me whenever I’ve needed the support. I am so grateful to have this healing modalities in my life & to be able to offer it to others.

The Yoga classes I offer are strong & dynamic. I try to include all eight limbs of the Yogic path in my classes. From the moral codes to pranayama & meditation. I love the healing force of this beautiful practice.
