I am very passionate about my yoga practice, having been actively involved now for over 15 years.
I teach hatha yoga, with emphasis on alignment, breath and flowing ease when moving in and out of the asanas/postures.
I also enjoy the Yin style yoga which stresses within sensible limits the connective tissues of the body to stimulate hylauronic acid which keeps the joints lubricated. As we age this production is reduced which means less flexibility. Yin complements the more active Yang yoga practices. The two go hand in hand.
