Darryl O'Keeffe

DARRYL O'KEEFFE is a much travelled and practically minded spiritual teacher and healer, with a down to earth approach and a ready sense of humour, who has taught Kundalini Yoga for over 30 years. Darryl originally trained as an English and Drama Teacher at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London and taught a variety of ages and abilities creatively across the conventional subject spectrum. In the 1980’s an emerging awareness of subtle energy led to his consciously choosing to follow a more spiritual path, first promoting spiritual healing across the world, primarily with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers (now The Healing Trust), and subsequently as a trainer of healers and yoga teachers. Darryl has facilitated Sacred Tours to a variety of countries, is an author (with Guru Dharam Singh) of The Kundalini Yoga Experience (now a Gaia Classic) and a Director of the International School of Kundalini Yoga, i-SKY. Darryl is recognised as a Senior Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance Professionals. He is a leading exponent of authentic Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan - as a Mentoring Lead Teacher Trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy created by The Kundalini Research Institute () and a founder member of the 3HO IKYTA Global Teachers Council.
