I found my flow following a difficult year when I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Yoga came to my rescue and offered me a new lease of life. As they say, the rest is history.
I teach open level Vinyasa Flow classes. My classes incorporate the classics of yoga: philosophy, meditation, mantra, pranayama and healing fluid asanas aiming to generate awareness, spiritual and emotional growth as well as physical strength.
Taught to fresh soundtracks, with a focus on getting the basics right, my classes offer an appreciation for flowing movement, integrating breath and intention for a wholehearted yogic experience.
