Michael Poulos (Dattatreya), E RYT 500,YACEP, Yoga Acharya, began practicing yoga in the mid-sixties, became a certified yoga teacher in 1983, and is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda (founder of International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers). He founded and directed the Stone Door Yoga Retreat, and has conducted workshops in various aspects of yoga, trained yoga teachers, and taught yoga and meditation to people of all ages and levels in Canada, USA, Bahamas, India, and Europe.
