David discovered yoga shortly after his career in creative design relocated him from Boston to Orlando, Florida in 1999. Amazed at how the practice alleviated the stresses of corporate life and helped him achieve a much needed personal balance, he began to do more studying on the subject and that is when the ‘yoga bug’ took hold of him.
As a connection with the origins of yoga became stronger, he found himself feeling increasingly passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others and enrolled in the 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Full Circle Yoga in Winter Park, Florida under the direction of Christine Northcote and Steve Rubin.
A typical class with David is a mindful journey filled with a fusion of humor, unconventional music, and peaceful energy. Off the mat he can be found with a camera in hand photographing life, traveling the country, and writing about his experiences.
