This practice links breath with movement. The postures are performed sequentially in a flowing manner with each asana being held for a count of 3 to 5 breaths.
Vinyasa flow Yoga promotes steadiness in meditation and with consistent practice the student may forget about the quality of the pose as greater focus is placed on the breath and its quality.

Yin Yoga with David:
Settling into each pose allows your body to get a deep stretch. Each asana is held for 3 to 5 minutes.
Tension is removed from the body leaving you with a sense of peace and ease. Yin Yoga allows the expression of the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the body to “rest and digest.”
