David Laidlaw

I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher. Studied at Ashram Rishikesh, India. I am 59 years young. Have be obese at 118 kg (260 lb). Height 178 cm (5'10") now 74 kg (163 lb), an alcoholic, a stressed out businessman, and dependent. Now I am helping others seek the truth. My motivation in life is to touch move and inspire as many people as I can.
