David also offers private yoga and meditation sessions as well as Thai Yoga massage.
David's interest in Yoga began when he came across the book The Sivananda Companion to Yoga; the asanas he learned helped him to extend his dance career and help heal his body from years of dance injuries and multiple surgeries.
David grew up in Bowie, Maryland and attended the North Carolina School of the Arts. Some of David’s dance accolades include his 10-years as principal dancer with the American Repertory Ballet and several other companies such as Lines Contemporary Ballet, Ballet Austin and the Metropolitan Opera Ballet in New York City.
David's biggest joy in life is his wife, three children, 5 cats and being graced and honored to offer these teachings in community.
