I fell in love with the practice of asana in yoga as a way to ground my personal spiritual practice. That love has grown over the years until 2015 when I was given the opportunity to study with Meghan Currie and receive a 200 hr teaching certificate.

Now I love it even more.

I have had the opportunity to work with any number of great teachers down the years, most notably from the Jivamukti and Anusara schools, and I hold love and grace as being essential to the practice of yoga and the process of self-realization.

It should also be a lot of fun :)

An superenjoyable class where you can completely disconnect

I throughly enjoy David's class because he quietly challenges you whilst carefully helping you ensure that your poses are very intentional and well adjusted. The spiritual meditative slant to his classes helps we disconnect from my busy workday. I come away from his class with a deeper sense of self awareness.

David Rush

If anyone is looking for a good yoga practise I highly recommend David Rush. I go to David's classes twice a week and absolutely love them! If I could go every day I would. The class lasts from 1 hour to 1.30 h and even at that we all want more.
The energy in the room is amazing. Wether there is 20 people in the room or 3 (happened only once due to bad weather conditions -normally room is packed) David makes the energy happen.

Every class is different, there is never any repetition from class to class that some would find boring. David mixes it up for us and always surprises us with new challenging poses .
He is very patient, always answers our questions with great detail and I must say every time I leave the room I learned something new from the practise.
And then the Shavasana with a bit of meditation at the end of each class- worth living for.
So if anyone is looking for a good sweaty, stretchy class that will also do wonders to you "head" and clear your mind David is your guy.
