I love sharing my passion for movement through Yoga, Martial arts and Fitness. I believe that Yoga can be introduced to a wide range of movements and everyones yoga is individual to them. I have practiced under the guidance of Paul Dallaghan and the Samahita Team during my teacher training, continuing a daily Pranayama practice since.
My personal Asana has varied over the years, primarily towards Vinyasa Flow sequencing with elements of Yin and the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice intertwined. I have a regular handstand practice and continue to improve with guidance from Miguel Santos via week long intensives and many hours of personal study!
From November 2015 - 2016 I lived and worked at Samahita Retreat, Koh Samui, Thailand. I worked here as the Fitness Manager and a Yoga Teacher, where I was very fortunate to attend retreats with Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor and Chuck Miller as well as working alongside an experienced and motivated teaching team.
I have studied martial arts for 8 years and continue to study with GM Angelo Baldissone on a regular one-to-one basis in the art of Filipino Kyusho.
I reside on the South coast of England as a self employed yoga, fitness and martial arts teacher where I love to impart the principles from all of these and how each branch can greatly improve the other.
I teach weekly classes at Limewood Hotel and Spa as well as at Society23 and regular one-to-one clients. Keep an eye out for up and coming retreats in Thailand, Goa and Spain!
