Inspired mainly by ashtanga and anusara yoga for the physical part of my practice & teachings, my classes are a dynamic flow adapted to the level of my students. Physically, the correct alignment is one of the most important part of your safety on the mat. Our yoga practice is a whole, in which physical & spiritual work together toward, among others, self-awareness.
Yoga helped me to rebuild my strength & self-confidence, by reconnecting myself to my centre during a very hard periode of my life. That's why I have to share these experiences. Yoga helps us to improve who we really are, by calming down the unnecessary babbling of the conditioned mind. It is a holistic practice, including asanas, pranayama & meditation, elevated & sustained by an appropriate spiritual wisdom.
From a solid foundation, each breath gives us the needed empowerment to grow & elevate ourselves.
