I am a mindfulness teacher. I specialise in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for low mood and depression and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I am available for one-to-one sessions where mindfulness is personalised to your needs, group taster sessions, one day workshops and full eight week courses.
My background is in teaching, training and coaching. I have post-graduate qualifications in counselling and hypnotherapy. I have worked helping people overcome issues and thrive for over twenty-five years. I am committed and down to earth.
