My yoga journey started in 2001 and I received my 200 hour certification through Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. I have an extensive background in dance and fitness that I use to develop well-rounded class experiences that wake up every part of the body and engage the mind. Yoga was instrumental in relieving pain in my shoulder and neck. I also had back issues which have greatly improved. By sharing my yoga practice, I hope to help others feel better, get stronger and have fun in the process.
