I am a 500hr RYT yoga teacher that teaches a fusion of Vinyasa and Sattva Yoga. As a healing practitioner as well, I love incorporating elements of many techniques that I use in my healing practice such as the Chakra system, sound work and meditation practices. I am the owner of Laughing Buddha Yoga Studio in Mill Creek, Washington and also lead retreats around the world and from time to time enjoy teaching at my favorite yoga festival. I teach yoga because I believe in its ability to create balance, health and joy in our lives. Yoga has changed my life. Nothing brings me more joy than to be a witness to the transformative process it can bring to others.
