I teach yoga to de-stress, for those with Parkinson's Disease, at Sports Centres, for teenagers and on a one-to-one basis. I also lead Raja Yoga workshops which draws on Patanjali's 8-Limbs for Christian meditators in Devon. I have found yoga to be a fantastic tool to help me become more aware of the agitations of my mind and how this affects my life. It has also been a life-saver as I have transformed my life through major turmoil to becoming more grounded in myself and therefore more happy and contented. However, my four children, two sons-in-law and 2 grandchildren also contribute to my happiness and I find great joy being with them when we meet up. Find yoga! Enjoy life!
